DIRECTOR
Steven heads both the litigation and commercial department. He advises on a wide range of transactions such as sale of shares, sale of businesses, joint ventures, insolvency & BEE transactions. Steven also advises on landlord and tenant issues, commercial and property disputes and insolvency matters and disputes.

Claudine Kokinis
Consultant
Claudine specializes in property law, landlord and tenant and litigation. She is involved in both multiple transfers of properties as well as individual transfers. She is also involved in the drafting of antenuptial contracts and wills and attends to the finalization of deceased estates.
